My neighbour makes these at Christmas times most years and gifts them to her friends and family and I wanted to find the recipe to make my own because they are so delicious. These have been super popular on my TikTok page receiving over 21.6K views and nearly 775 likes; my most popular video so far. They are a ridiculously easy and quick, 3 ingredient snack you can make or give as presents to friends and family. The quantities depend on how many you would like to make and the quantities of the ingredients when bought.
Ingredients:
Rolos
Mini pretzels
Pecan halves
Method:
Preheat oven to Fan 150 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Lay pretzels in a single layer on baking sheet then place one Rolo candy in the centre of each pretzel.
Warm in preheated oven just until chocolate and caramel have softened, about 4 minutes.
Remove from oven then press 1 pecan into each Rolo candy. Transfer baking sheet to refrigerator and chill until chocolate has set.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature preferably in a single layer.
